Coastal Edge Line

The natural landward boundary of the beach/rocky zone shaped by water movement, as defined by Turkey's Coastal Law — distinct from the coastline itself (the sea's current contact point with the land). A plot's distance from this line directly determines what can be built on it; on narrow/high coasts (like a cliff) the top edge of the slope is used as the reference.
