Every project begins with the specific constraints of its site. Slope, orientation, zoning rights and neighboring relationships — these aren't obstacles, they're the inputs that determine form. What's rational is a design that doesn't fight those inputs.

Our Working Methodology
Digital & Physical Concept
We go beyond traditional sketching with AI-assisted optimization tools. While the project is still at the design stage, we turn it into a 1/50 scale physical model with 3D-printing technology, giving you an interactive experience of the space.
Permitting & Regulation
We coordinate legal processes across the whole region from our office in Kaşüstü. From zoning analysis to municipal approvals, from coordinating engineering disciplines to obtaining the building permit, we clear every bureaucratic obstacle professionally.
Construction & Site
We take on site supervision to ensure the detail design is built on site with millimeter precision. Managing subcontractors, material selection, and production and quantity control, we deliver the project turnkey through a rational construction process.

Leads project processes in architectural design, concept development and rational site coordination. Focused on integrating design with legal and structural reality, and matching mass and form flawlessly to function.
Ezgi Girgin Yılmaz
Works on interior spatial design, detail solutions, material analysis and managing construction documentation. Designs rational interior schemes that keep human scale and the sensory, aesthetic bond between space and user front and center.
