A retail project in Trabzon Yomra whose design and build we took on end to end, delivered on schedule and within the planned budget. The storefront composition, product display line and customer circulation were resolved within a single flow plan.

Challenge

In a retail project, storefront composition, product display line, and customer circulation are usually treated as independent decisions, which leads to last-minute revisions near opening and budget overruns.

Solution

We resolved the storefront, display line, and customer circulation within a single flow plan from the very start of the design; running design and build within the same team kept budget and schedule under control.

Result

A 220 m² store that opened on schedule and within the planned budget.
