The official building permit process for our children's club project, designed to educational-facility standards, has been completed in full.
Educational buildings are subject to a far stricter regulatory framework than housing or commercial structures. Escape distances, stairway widths, natural lighting ratios, and requirements scaled to children shape the design from the very first sketch.
On this project, we treated permit requirements not as a post-design checklist but as an input to the earliest sketches. As a result, the process was completed without a single round of file revisions.
