A children's club project designed to educational-building standards, with municipal and regulatory permitting completed in full. Child scale, safety requirements and flexible activity spaces were the starting point of the plan, not an afterthought.
Educational buildings are subject to a far stricter regulatory framework than residential or commercial buildings: escape distances, staircase widths, natural-lighting ratios, and child-scale requirements shape the design from the very first sketch.
We treated permitting requirements as an input for the first sketch, not a post-design checklist. We ran the full approval process with the municipality and relevant authorities, including coordination across engineering disciplines, from end to end.
A 600 m² educational building that received permit approval without a single revision cycle.
