Placing a flat mass on a sloped site forces a choice between costly excavation or a layout that sacrifices the view.
We stepped the mass down the slope, opening wide glazing toward the view while establishing a clear hierarchy that keeps service spaces (stairs, storage, technical rooms) in the background.
A 450 m² detached villa completed with a layout that works with its site rather than against it, prioritizing the view.
